Cancellation Policy

At Desert Resonance Retreat, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

A $500 non-refundable deposit is included in all payments (whether pay-in-full or payment plan).

Cancellation Timeline

  • 60+ days before arrival: Full refund minus $500 non-refundable deposit
  • 30-59 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • 15-29 days before arrival: 25% refund
  • Less than 14 days: No refund

If we must cancel the retreat for any reason: You’ll receive a full refund of all monies paid. We cannot be responsible for additional costs incurred, such as flights or travel insurance.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of illness, emergencies, or other unexpected circumstances.

Participant acknowledges that $500 of any retreat payment is considered a non-refundable deposit. Participant may transfer their registration to another qualified participant with written approval from hosts. In the unlikely event that hosts cancel the retreat, Participant will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Hosts are not responsible for additional expenses, including but not limited to airfare, extra meals, or travel insurance.

This policy is effective as of the date of booking.
